The premises and the space
Headlines is located at Rozengracht 90 in Zaandam, within walking distance of the station. We are an established business in this part of Zaandam.
The building has a traditional Zaan timber facade, in keeping with the historic centre of the city. That facade, and the blue timber architecture characteristic of the Zaan region, is the starting point for how we present ourselves.
The premises
The space is calm and well-kept, with the Zaan facade as a recognisable starting point.
How we work
We operate within the conditions set by the municipality of Zaanstad and the national government. This includes strict age checks, attention to peace and quiet in the neighbourhood and compliance with the rules of the closed cannabis supply chain experiment.

The neighbourhood
We are aware that a coffeeshop affects its surroundings. We therefore explicitly ask visitors to be considerate of local residents: arrive and leave quietly, do not use on the street and do not leave litter. Complaints or comments can be reported via the Contact page.
