House rules
These rules apply to everyone who enters the premises. They follow from the legal conditions under which we operate and from our responsibility towards the neighbourhood. Access may be refused if they are not observed.
- Access from age 18 only. Valid identification is always required.
- A maximum of 5 grams per person per day applies.
- Alcohol is not permitted on the premises and is not served.
- Hard drugs are not permitted. Possession or trade leads to immediate removal and a report.
- Reselling or passing products to others is not permitted.
- Use on the street, in doorways or in front of the premises is not permitted.
- Please avoid causing nuisance: arrive and leave quietly, particularly in the evening.
- Photography and filming are not permitted, out of respect for other visitors' privacy.
- Staff instructions must always be followed.
- We do not tolerate aggression, discrimination or intimidation in any form.
- Please dispose of waste in the bins provided and keep the surroundings clean.
If there is any doubt about age, we always ask for identification. We make no exceptions.
