Privacy statement

This website collects as little as possible. Here is exactly what does happen, and why.

Last updated on 17 August 2026.

Who is responsible

Coffeeshop Headlines, Rozengracht 90, 1506 SE Zaandam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement. You can reach us on (075) 202 56 38 or at info@coffeeshopheadlines.nl.

The contact form

If you fill in the contact form, we process your name, your email address, the subject you selected and the content of your message. We use those details for one purpose only: answering your question. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form.

The message is delivered through Resend, an email delivery service acting as our processor. Your message arrives in our mailbox. We keep the correspondence no longer than needed to handle your question and to be able to look up how it was handled, with a maximum of twelve months. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Visitor statistics

We measure how many people visit this website and which pages they view, using Vercel Web Analytics. This measurement works without cookies and does not build a profile of you. No identifier is stored that would let us recognise you as a person, and the data is not shared with advertisers. That is why this website does not ask you for cookie consent: there are none for this purpose.

What we store on your device

When you confirm on arrival that you are 18 or older, your browser remembers this in local storage under the key csh_age_ok. That is purely functional: it stops the question reappearing on every page. The value stays on your own device and is never sent to us or to third parties. You can clear it by deleting the site data in your browser.

Where the website runs

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel records technical request data, including your IP address, in order to serve the site and protect it against abuse. Fonts and images load from our own domain, so your visit is not passed on to external parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. Send a message to info@coffeeshopheadlines.nl. We reply within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If anything changes in the way we process data, we will update this statement and the date at the top.
